1. Main Frame: Optimized design through 3-D structural
analysis provides high rigidity and reduced vibration.
2. X-Y Gantry: Single-sided linear motor and optical linear
encoder are used to move to a specified XY position for quick and
accurate component pick-up, vision recognition and component
placement.
3. Conveyor: Has compact size to meet W410*D460 PCB.
4. Head: Picks and places components using the nozzle at the
end of head shaft
(Mx100:4M, Mx100P:2P, Mx200:6M, Mx200P:4M+1P, Mx200TP:3P).
5. Electronic Assembly: Signal cables are isolated from power
cables to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Mx100/P: Applies a PC based control system.
