1. Unplug the machine.
2. Check for dust or foreign materials in the nozzle inserting hole.
Remove any dust or foreign matter with an air gun.
Timing Belt check
Module: Conveyor
The timing belt is a part that is subject to wear and damage when used
for a long time and a damaged belt should be replaced.
<Dual Conveyor> <Single Conveyor> <In-outlet Conveyor>
1. Unplug the machine following the normal procedure.
2. Remove the vision cover on the front.
3. Visually inspect damage of the timing belt.
4. If damaged, remove the idle roller for tension setting and replace the
timing belt with a new one. Make sure to keep the front plate and the
moving plate horizontal.
5. Fix the idle roller while maintaining horizontality.
