Initialize the Motion Control Board.
Turn off the RUN software and turn on
after 10 sec.

Check the Motion Control Board
and AMP. If the error is not resolved
after retry, contact the C/S
Engineer.

Initialize the Motion Control Board.
Turn off the RUN software and turn
on after 10 sec.
The conveyer inlet
sensor was not
detected.
If the error was caused by an
abnormal reason, check the sensor
according to the sensor check
procedure.
The pusher up sensor
was not detected.
If the error was caused by an
abnormal reason, check the sensor
according to the sensor check
procedure.
The pusher down
sensor was not
detected.
If the error was caused by an
abnormal reason, check the sensor
according to the sensor check
procedure.
The belt deceleration
sensor was not
detected.
If the error was caused by an
abnormal reason, check the sensor
according to the sensor check
procedure.
The conveyer work
position sensor was not
detected.
If the error was caused by an
abnormal reason, check the sensor
according to the sensor check
procedure.
(AOP) The pusher fails
to move up or the
sensor does not work.
If the solenoid valve does not work,
check the solenoid valve according
to the check procedure. If not, check
the sensor according to the check
procedure.
