Enter the Vision Reset command on
the Mrterminal and, after 30 sec,
enter the ksh command to resume
the task.

Incorrect command
executed
Check the data of the job program.
If no error is found, the problem
could be a board hardware error or
a communication failure. Contact
the C/S engineer and replace the
board.

Camera number
allocation error
Check that the camera number of
the job program is entered exactly.
If no error is found in data check,
contact the C/S engineer to take
actions such as part replacement.
11003
Components not found
Check that the component is picked
up by the nozzle or that the LED
illuminator is normal. In case of
component picking error, check
component supply and feeding by
the feeder and the picking position.
If this error occurs although the
component is fed properly, contact
the C/S engineer.

Incorrect vision
acquired
Check the position of recognition
mark.

Component DB number
allocation error
Check whether DB error occurred in
the process of job program out, or
whether only the job program was
stored after DB was renamed.
If it is difficult to identify the error,
contact the C/S engineer.

size (for mark inspection) and retry
