This error occurs when the Y offset
detected in component inspection is too
large. Set the component picking position
to the center of component.
Detection area box
limit exceeded
This error occurs when the defined
inspection limit is exceeded. Set the
component picking position to the
center of component.
Overturn error
(register)
An overturned register (R) chip was
picked up. This assumes that light is
well-reflected by the white color or
leads on the lower surface of the chip.
Where the lower surface is partially
dark, apply other DB information such
as capacitor (C). Check whether an
overturned chip is picked up and the
contact the C/S engineer if this error
occurs frequently.
This error occurs where there are
leads not detected in component
inspection. Check that the chip DB is
exactly entered and that there are no
defects in chip leads. An error may be
caused when the gap between two
leads is smaller or larger than the
specified tolerance. Where normal
leads are treated as errors, increase
the lead tolerance in the component
DB and check again. If the problem is
not cleared, check whether the nozzle,
the nozzle socket or the upper plate of
nozzle is stained with dust or foreign
materials.
Hardware defect of the board. Contact
the C/S engineer and replace the
board.
Check that the component is located
at the component inspection position
or that the illuminator is lighted. If the
error occurs while the illuminator is
lighted, contact the C/S engineer.
Component detection
error
Check illumination, contamination of
component and background and
component DB information and retry
inspection.
Contact the C/S engineer.
Component database
information error
Check the contents of component DB
are exactly stored.
