Regular Maintenance Check
Pallet
The pallet is used to load trays containing parts, and the condition of
the pallet greatly affects parts feeding to the mounter. Availability of a
bent pallet can be measured and determined as follows.
* Measurement
-Place a pallet on a flat surface with Side A toward the floor.
-A pallet with a gap of at least 1mm between Side A and the floor is no
good.
- A pallet with a gap of at least 1mm between Side C and the floor is no
good.
- A pallet with a gap of at least 0.5mm between Side B and the floor is
no good.
