Maintenance of Z-axis ball screw should be done as follows.
1.Power off the machine.
2.Manually move the Ball Screw Block toward the edge.
3.Wipe the grease and dust from the Ball Screw with a clean cloth.
(Wipe the opposite Ball Screw in the same way.)
4.Manually move the Ball Screw Block toward the opposite edge.
5.Wipe the grease and dust from the Ball Screw with a clean cloth.
(Wipe the opposite Ball Screw in the same way.)
6.Fill grease through the grease inlet of the Ball Screw Nut.
(Wipe the opposite Bass Screw in the same way.)
7.Wipe the grease flowing out of the Ball Screw Nut.
