Regularly check the timing belt to ensure the Z-axis assembly operates normally.
1. Power off the machine according to the normal power off process.
2. Measure the tension of the Z belt using a belt tension meter.
3. If the tension exceeds the rated tension (50±5N), slightly loosen the
Tension Z Motor Assembly with a wrench and set to a proper tension
with the setting bolt of the tension setting block.
4. Firmly fix the Z Motor Assembly.
Checking surface treatment on exposed parts
Check the machine parts vulnerable to corrosion as follows:
1. Power off the machine.
2. Check for rust on the parts directly exposed to the air.
3. If rust is found, remove it with a rust remover and wipe the surface
using a dry cloth.
