TX3 Nano Settings
3.7 Enhanced Correlation Messages
By default this option is enabled.
If the TX3 Nano is sending correlation messages to other TX3 Nanos that have
application version 1.1.3 or higher and Configurator version 1.5.36 or higher,
select this option.
If the TX3 Nano is sending correlation messages to other TX3 Nanos that have an
application version lower than 1.1.3 and Configurator version lower than 1.5.36,
unselect this option.
If the TX3 Nano is sending correlation messages to other TX3 panels (that are not
TX3 Nanos) that have firmware version 3.5 or higher, select this option.
If the TX3 Nano is sending correlation messages to other TX3 panels (that are not
TX3 Nanos) that have firmware version lower than 3.5, unselect this option.
Note: If Enhanced Correlation Messages is selected, then the
time difference on the panels that are sending and receiving
correlation messages must be under 60 seconds. If the time
difference is over 60 seconds, then correlations might not work.
Note: The TX3 Nano application versions 1.0.0 and 1.1.1 are not
compatible (in terms of correlations) with TX3 firmware version
3.5. It is recommended that you upgrade all TX3 Nanos to
application version 1.1.3 or higher and Configurator version 1.5.36
or higher.
3.8 Calls
Configuring calls lets you specify the call duration, number of rings, call
scheduling, and volume.
Configure calls
1. In the Calls section, provide information for each of the following:
Maximum Talk Time. Specify the maximum time in seconds the visitor
may communicate with the resident on a single call. After this time, the
TX3 Nano disconnects the call. The default is 60 seconds.
Outbound Calling Priority. This refers to the calling method that the
TX3 Nano uses first. If the TX3 Nano is connected to both the PSTN and
a cellular network, then it calls either through the PSTN first, or through
the cellular network first, depending on which option is selected. If the call
fails or is busy, then the TX3 Nano calls through the other method. The
default is PSTN then cellular (the TX3 Nano calls through the
PSTN first).
2. Click Save Changes at the top of the window.
