3.7.4 Oblique reflected illumination（Optional oblique reflected illuminator is
required）
Used for for measurement and inspection of workpiece surfaces which are not smooth.
Since this method forms a stereoscopic image of the workpiece, it is also used for
inspecting surface conditions (scratches). Adjust the angle of light so that the brightest
image is obtained in the field of view.
Draw out the reflected illumination switching knob as shown below when using this
illumination.
