4.3.3 Replacing the stage glass
① Loosen the fixing screws (4 pieces) to remove them along with each glass retainer.
② Remove the stage glass from the cross-travel stage.
③ Gently fit a new stage glass in the frame of the stage.
④ Carefully tighten the fixing screws so the stage glass will not move.
NOTE
1. If replacing the stage glass, be careful so as not to break it.
2. Do not touch directly the stage glass with your bare hands due it is easy to get
contaminated by fingerprints etc. Wear gloves.
