cannot be attached.

TIP
• Various types of styli are available as option according to the workpiece.
• For information about optional styli, refer to “6.4.2 Optional accessories for the
roughness measuring detector”.
NOTE
• Usually use the detector with the cover safety device clamp unclamped.
• Note that the collision safety function will not be functional if the safety device is
clamped.
