4 MAINTENANCE
This chapter explains daily maintenance requirements, including
cleaning of the system and replacement of consumables.

4.1 Cleaning the External Surface
Gently wipe dirt off the external surface of the system with a soft, lint-free cloth. If
contamination is heavy, wipe it off with a cloth soaked in water-diluted neutral detergent
that has been tightly squeezed, and then lightly wipe with a dry cloth.
CAUTION
If the painted surface is wiped using a cloth dampened with benzene/thinner, or a
chemically processed cleaning cloth, the surface may be discolored and the coating
may come off. Do not use such cloths and organic solvents.
4.2 Replacing the Fuse
The fuse is a consumable that needs to be replaced periodically. Safely replace blown
fuses by observing the replacement procedure described below.
1. Turn off the power to the controller.
2. Unplug the power cord of the controller from the AC outlet.
3. Remove the fuse holder cap with a flat-blade screwdriver, and then pull out
the fuse.
4. Insert a new fuse into the fuse holder, then remount the fuse holder cap.
5. Plug the power cord again.
Input voltage Rating
AC100-120V 250V 10A (6.35 dia. x 31.8mm)
AC200-240V 250V 5A (5 dia. x 20mm)
WARNING
Only use fuses with the appropriate rating. If a fuse with a different rating is used, a fire,
etc., may occur.
