3.7 Calibration
If a detector is used for the first time it must be calibrated.
Execute the following calibration according to the Operation Manual (separately supplied).
IMPORTANT
•Perform as much calibration as possible before starting measurement.
•Perform recalibration when the long-arm stylus is used.
•The reference step specimen is used for measuring minute value surface roughness.
