CAUTION
•The measuring main unit is a drive machine under motor-driven control. In order to use
this main unit safely, be sure to read “Safety Precautions” in this manual prior to use.
Observe all precautions.
1． Base
This is the surface plate on which the Z2-axis column unit has been mounted. The
base is provided with a positioning plate parallel to the X-axis unit and a T-groove
on which to attach the fixture for securing a workpiece.
NOTE
•The T groove of the base is directly processed on the base.
Do not apply any shocks to the T groove. When installing jigs, do not apply
unnecessarily strong torque to tighten them.
