4. Dust
This system consists of high-precision components such as the guide surface of each unit
and length measurement unit, etc., that may be affected by dust. So, use this system in a
place where it is as free from dust as possible.
5. Power supply
For supplying power to this system prepare an outlet rated to 100V-200VAC + 10%/- 5%,
50/60 Hz (grounded, and applicable to 2-prong type plug). The supplied power should
have a sufficient margin over the system consumption rate.
Table 2-1 shows the power consumption of this system.
