RHYTHM
F10
Select RHYTHM or F10 to run a continuous rhythm strip. X-Scribe will generate a continuous 6-channel printout
of the leads defined in Settings for the particular profile. The rhythm button will change to RHY LEADS. Clicking
RHY LEADS switches the printout to the frontal leads (I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF); clicking again changes the
printout to the precordial leads (V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6). The speed of the continuous rhythm strip is set in the
configuration program or can be changed using SOFTKEY (F6). To stop the printout, click on STOP PRT
or F12.
Continuous rhythm strips contain the patient’s name, date, time, stage time, total exercise time, workload, lead
labels, and calibration pulses. Generate continuous rhythm strips during Pre-exercise, Exercise, Recovery, and/or
Final Report phase. A scheduled automatic 12-lead or manually generated event will interrupt the continuous
rhythm strip; printing resumes once the 12 lead or event has printed.
ECG
F11
Use ECG or F11 to generate a 12-lead ECG printout during Pre-exercise, Exercise, Recovery, and/or Final Report
phase. Printout configurations are based on the settings for the specific profile.
ECG formats:
6x2 – 3.5 seconds of each lead, with median ST beats on
3x4 - 1.75 seconds of each lead, with median ST beats on
3x4+1 – 1.75 seconds of each lead + 7 seconds of one user-defined rhythm lead, with median ST beats on
3x4+3 – 1.75 seconds of each lead + 7 seconds of three user-defined rhythm leads, with median ST beats on
Or
6x2 – 5 seconds of each lead, with median ST beats off
3x4 – 2.5 seconds of each lead, with median ST beats off
3x4+1 – 2.5 seconds of each lead + 7 seconds of one user-defined rhythm lead, with median ST beats off
3x4+3 – 2.5 seconds of each lead + 7 seconds of three user-defined rhythm leads, with median ST beats off
One average complex for each of the 12 leads.
Superimposed expanded average complex with reference data (presented as a dotted line for the ST segment
and T wave). User selectable as either On or Off.
The patient's name, date, time, stage time, stage number, total exercise time, workload, lead labels, ST
values, and calibration pulses.
STOP PRT
F12
Use STOP PRT or F12 to stop a single page or continuous rhythm strip printout. Use of Stop Print does not stop
any system functions.
