Exercise
Protocol: use the drop-down menu to select the exercise protocol to be associated with the profile.
Equipment: use the drop-down menu to select the exercise equipment to be associated with the profile:
ergometer or treadmill; model of ergometer or treadmill.
NIBP: use the drop-down menu to select manual or automatic non-invasive BP acquisition.
RPE Scale: use the drop-down menu to select 1-10 or 6-20 RPE (Borg) scale.
Leads and Process
Mode: use the drop-down menu to select Standard or Cabrera formats.
3-Lead: use the drop-down menus to select the 3 leads that will display when 3-lead display is chosen. This
setting also determines the 3-rhythm leads to be included on an ECG printout.
6-Lead: use the drop-down menus to select the 6 leads that will display when 6-lead display is chosen.
Gain: use the drop-down menu to select the desired gain in mm/mV.
AC Filter: check to enable; clear to disable.
SCF: check to enable; clear to disable.
40 Hz Filter: check to enable; clear to disable.
J-ST: use the up/down arrows to adjust the setting. Setting is in milliseconds and determines how long after
the J-point the ST value is measured.
ST-Lead: use the drop-down menu to select the default ST lead. This lead will be shown in the 4x QRS
window during the stress test. Select Dynamic to let X-Scribe display the lead with the most significant ST
change.
Display
Real-time ECG: use the drop-down menu to select the desired number of leads in the real-time ECG display.
Zoom ST Lead: when enabled, the 4x QRS and ST profile are displayed during the test.
SpO
2
: when enabled, the SpO
2
will appear on the display and the final report. (Optional.)
50 mm/s: when enabled, display will default to a 50 mm/sec sweep speed.
Running Trends: when enabled, the HR, METs, NIBP, and ST trends are displayed during the test.
NOTE: The above options are available only if “Zoom ST Lead” is enabled. If disabled, X-Scribe will use a
larger portion of the screen to display ECG rhythm data.
