“Unknown Device” or “Unknown
Manufacturer”
The TRPC or EPC is not recognized
due to an incorrect installation or lack
of installation of the device driver.
TRPC or EPC is not compatible with
X-Scribe V3.10. Will need MMM
device and drivers.
No signal from M12-USB
No Z-200+ Communication
USB cable is unplugged.
Drivers for M12-USB not loaded.
RJ45 plug connected to the wrong
RJ45 slot.
Place USB plug into any rear USB
slot.
Load drivers for M12-USB from X-
Scribe software CD.
Disconnect the RJ45 plug from the
back of the PC and connect it to the
other RJ45 slot.
No signal from the M12-USB
patient module
USB cable plugged into wrong USB
slot.
Drivers for M12-USB patient module
not loaded.
Assure Green light is on, if not plug
USB cable into the USB adapter on
the upper left-hand side.
Load drivers for M12-USB from Quick
Connect software CD.
No Network or LAN
communication
RJ45 plug connected to the wrong
RJ45 slot.
Disconnect the RJ45 plug from the
back of the PC and connect it to the
other RJ45 slot.
