Troubleshooting Chart (Continued)

No Exams are Currently
Selected
An attempt to access a final report
but no patient is selected from the
list.
Click on the patient name to select
and access the file.
Exam not Reported An attempt to exit from Report
Manager but report has not been
saved.
Click on Save Report and then exit
Report Manager.
No Exams are Currently
Selected
An attempt to edit, delete, archive, or
export but no patient file is selected.
Click on patient file and then select
edit, delete, archive, or export.
Can’t Export a non-reported
exam
An attempt to export a final report but
report has not been saved as
“Reported”.
Click on Save Report and then exit
Report Manager.
A warning sign appears on the
screen next to ST measurements.
The measuring points (J-point,
Isoelectric point or J+ XX msec) have
been modified by the user during or
after the stress test. Warning sign
indicates that a manual change
occurred and that the results are now
based on user decisions.
RA/LL/C3/C5 FAIL One or more leads are in fail. Connect the electrodes to turn off the
warning message.
No stage selected An attempt to edit a stage in the
edit/create protocol function but no
stage is selected.
Double click on the stage to edit.
This will open the edit window and
give access to all stage parameters.
Packet errors/signal drop Signal onscreen shows artifact even
when tested with a simulator
(wireless option).
Check that no medical equipment is
operating at the same frequency in
proximity of the system. Run the
built-in spectrum analyzer to locate
the source of the interference and to
set the proper channel on the digital
transmitter.
No signal onscreen With the patient connected (or with a
simulator) no waveforms are
displayed, but only the squared
waveform/lead fail indicator appears
(wireless option).
NOTE: if neither the signal nor the
squared waveform is present, ESC or
Abort and start a new exam from the
main menu.
Check that X-Scribe and the digital
transmitter work on the same
channel. Refer to the transmitter
user manual to check and change
channel. Refer to Settings in this
manual to set the receiving channel
for X-Scribe.
