3.7.2.4 Track Format
When determining the track format to be used, the following
timing restraints should be considered (see Figure 3-16).
A. Postamble: The postamble period must be at least 3 ms to
allow for a spindle speed variation of .:!:! 1/2%.
B. Data Gap: The data gap period must be at least 1 ms to
allow for tunnel erase turn off time.
