There are two printed circuit board assemblies in the Model 40
Series. The Control Electronics PCBA is located under the drive,
and the Spindle Speed Control Electronics PCBA is located on top
toward the rear of the drive. To remove the printed circuit boards
(PCBAs) proceed as follows:
