first
try
repla-
cing
the
Control
Electronics
PCBA
(refer

4.5.1).
If
that
doesn't
rectify
the
problem
then
replace
the
head/
carriage
assembly
(refer
to
paragraph
4.5.10).

If
the
amplitude
decrease
is
less
than
85%,
try
cleaning
the
head(s);
then
replace
the
load
pad
assembly
(refer
to
paragraph
4.5.12).
5.16 DRIVE SPEED UNSTABLE
A. Check
for
bad
spindle
bearings
by removing
drive
belt
and
slowly
rotating
spindle
pulley
manually.
If
spindle
pulley
rotates
erratically,
replace
spindle
bearings
(refer
to
paragraph
4.5.13).

speed
drifts
slowly,
replace
the

Speed
Control
PCBA
