In an extension’s Class of Service, enable (1) or disable (0) the ability to initiate Call Forwarding/
DND Override.
Operation
To override an extension’s Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb:
1. Call the forwarded or DND extension.
2. Press the Override key (PGM 15-07 or SC 751: 37).
