Conditions
SMDR data does not include Intercom calls.
The SMDR call buffer stores 500 calls. The buffer stores calls when the SMDR device is
unavailable. When the buffer fills, the oldest record is deleted to allow the new record to be
saved.
When SMDR reports are enabled using the same port as the Traffic Reporting feature
(example: 147), the SMDR blocks the Traffic reports. Unplugging the cable and plugging it
back in again will allow Traffic reports to print.
