Forwarding Calls to your Mailbox
To activate or cancel Call Forwarding:
1. Press the Speaker key (or lift the handset at the single line telephone) and choose from the
following dial access codes:
741 = Call Forward - Immediate
742 = Call Forward - Busy
743 = Call Forward - No Answer
744 = Call Forward - Busy/No Answer
745 = Call Forward - Both Ring
746 = Call Forwarding - Follow-Me
2. Dial the Voice Mail master number.
3. Press Speaker to hang up (or hang up handset at the single line telephone).
Your DND or Call Forwarding (Station) key flashes when Call Forwarding is activated.
Transferring Calls to a Mailbox
To Transfer your active call to a mailbox:
Multiline Terminal
1. Press the Hold key.
2. Press the Voice Mail key (PGM 15-07 or SC 751: code 77 + VM Pilot).
- OR -
Press the Message key.
3. Dial number of mailbox to receive the transfer.
This number can be your mailbox number or a co-workers mailbox number.
- OR -
Press DSS Console or One-Touch key for extension who’s mailbox will receive the Transfer.
If the Transfer destination is an extension forwarded to Voice Mail, the call waits before routing the called users
mailbox. This gives you the option of retrieving the call instead of having it picked up by Voice Mail.
4. Hang up.
Voice Mail will prompt your caller to leave a message in the mailbox you selected.

1. Dial extension number or press a DSS Console key for extension who’s mailbox will receive the
Transfer.
2. Press the Voice Mail key (PGM 15-07 or SC 751: code 77 + VM Pilot)
