Operation
To originate internal calls:
1. Lift the handset, and wait for internal dial tone.
2. Dial the applicable internal number.
3. Talk when called party answers.
To originate outside calls:
1. Lift the handset, and wait for dial tone.
2. Dial Trunk Access Code (default: 9).
3. Dial the number of outside party.
4. Talk when the called party answers.
