Programming
16-01-03 Department Routing When Busy
Assign if a call to busy station will hunt (1) or not hunt (0) to the next available member of the
Hunt Group (Department Group).
Refer Department Calling on page 2-251 to set up the Department Group.
20-06-01 Class of Service for Extensions
Assign a Class Of Service (1~15) to an extension.
20-09-07 Class of Service Options (Incoming Call Service) - Call Queuing
In an extension Class of Service, enable (1) or disable (0) Call Queuing to the extension. This
must be set to (0) for Station Hunting to work.
20-13-06 Class of Service Options (Supplementary Service) - Automatic Off-Hook Signaling
In an extension Class of Service, allows a busy extension to manually (0) or automatically (1)
receive off-hook signals. This must be set to (0) for Station Hunting to work.
