for CO Lines
Determines whether an extension
will disconnect the trunk line (1) or
automatically hold it (0) when you
direct select a CO line without
placing the call on hold first.
Automatic Hold does not work until
the elapse call timer is displayed.

1 = Disconnect (Cut)
