Environmental Setup
FTP Server
Use an FTP server to upgrade on the CPU program of SV8300 is on-line or off-line. You can start up and
shut down the FTP server, view its status and configure information about the FTP server, as well as FTP
users.

NOTE 1: Being a facility developed just for program upgrade purposes, the FTP server facility only sup-
ports the acquisition of transferred files and does not permit transferring (creating) files to a
sever, and creating and deleting directories.
NOTE 2: A passive mode is not supported.
Server Setting
The Server Setting is start and stop service of FTP Server.
STEP1: On the Main Menu, click [Tools] > [Settings] > [FTP Server Settings] in this order.
The [FTP Server Settings] screen is displayed.
