Caption
1. Click the text box of “Caption”. The cursor moves into the dialog box.
2. Enter the caption in the dialog box.
• Max. 32 alphanumeric and symbol characters can be entered.
Figure 9.7 shows an example of a print sheet with caption.

• When OEP is used, set “TIMER” of the OEP printer OFF. For
details, refer to the instruction manual of the OEP printer.
• When “Foot switch” of the printer type is used, “Caption”
cannot be set.
• When the UP-1800/1850 is used, set the “LIVE MODE”
option of the printer OFF. For details, refer to the instruction
manual for the UP-1800/1850.
• When the UP-1800/1850 is used and “MODE” is set to “1”,
set “Separate” of the printer OFF. The remote operation from
the CV-180 becomes disabled. For details, refer to the
instruction manual for the UP-1800/1850.
• Set the baud rate of the RS-232C printer, referring to its
instruction manual.
