able settings, update the I/O En-
try
. By updating I/O Entry in the
I/O Allocation Settings Window
on the Support Software, neces-
sary I/O Entry is automatically
set. After this setting, download
the Unit operation settings and
the I/O allocation settings again.

The Number of Samplings Set-
ting was set to other than 1 and
the Enable Distributed Clock set-
ting for the EtherCAT Coupler
Unit was set to Disabled.
Set the Enable Distributed Clock
setting for the EtherCAT Coupler
Unit to Enabled (DC for synchro-
nization) or Enabled (DC with pri-
ority in cycle time) and then
download the Slave Terminal pa-
rameter settings again.
For the High-speed Analog Input
Units, synchronous I/O refresh-
ing is always used. Therefore,
set the Enable Distributed Clock
setting for the EtherCA
T Coupler
Unit to Enabled (DC for synchro-
nization) or Enabled (DC with pri-
ority in cycle time).
