2.1.2 Model Name Description
The model name indicates the shape of the scan engine. The shape describes whether the
decoder board is separate from or mounted to the camera, as well as whether low-power
consumption mode is installed.

2.2 Scan Area
The scan engine reads a barcode by acquiring its image. The imaging area is not actually
visible. So, position the LED Aiming beam over the barcode.
