Voice (RTP) UDP Port No. (Server)
Specifies the UDP port used by the V-IPEXT card to transmit and receive RTP (Realtime Transfer Protocol)
data. This must be changed if another network application is using the same port.
For voice communications, the V-IPEXT card uses 128 contiguous UDP ports, starting from the port number
specified here.
