4.3.21 Conference, 3-Party
During a two-party conversation, you can add a third party to make a three-party conference.
The members of a conference on a line may be three extensions, one extension and two CO
lines, or two extensions and one CO line.
To establish a 3-party conference

The current party is placed on hold.
The CONF indicator light flashes red slowly.
