To adjust the speaker volume
While the telephone is idle and on-hook;
1. Press the RING (S2) button.
• The telephone will ring.
2. Press the VOLUME (UP / DOWN ) Control button.
• The telephone will stop ringing in about 4 seconds.
• When the volume level is 0 (no "*" indication), the
display shows "RNGOFF."
1. Adjust the RINGER Volume Selector lever to the
desired setting (OFF/LOW/HIGH).
1. Press the SP-PHONE or MONITOR button.
2. Press the VOLUME (UP / DOWN ) Control button.
• The display shows:

• You may also adjust the speaker volume while
listening to the background music (BGM On mode),
receiving a voice call, receiving a page or hearing a
call progress tone such as a dial tone.
