[Alert Setup] page
Set the contents of the E-mail to inform the abnormality of the projector.
1 [Alert Type]
Selects the alert type.
2 [Alert Mail Notication]
Checks the alert E-mail when transmitting.
3 [Mail Subject]
Enters the subject of the E-mail. (Up to 100
characters in single byte)
4 [Mail Content]
Enters the content of E-mail which is associated with
the selected [Alert Type] and then clicks [Apply].
(Up to 255 characters in single byte)
5 [Apply]
Clicks [Apply] to save the contents which are
entered in [Mail Subject] and [Mail Content].
Note
f [Mail Subject] /[Mail Content] is not supported with the double-byte characters (e.g. Korean, Chinese and Japanese).
[Mail Setup] page
1 [Mail Server]
Enters the IP address of SMTP server.
(Up to 39 characters in single byte)
2 [User Name]
Enters the user name.
(Up to 19 characters in single byte)
3 [Password]
Enters the password.
(Up to 19 characters in single byte)
4 [To]
Enters the recipients of the E-mail. If you want to
send E-mail to some recipients, please separate
them by using semicolon (;). (Up to 299 characters
in single byte)
5 [Test Mail]
Clicks [Test Mail] to send the test E-mail.
6 [Apply]
Clicks [Apply] to save the content after entering
each item.
Note
f If the server is not compatible with the login authentication of the advanced SMTP, the e-mail function is disable.
f If the server is not compatible with the advanced SMTP, [User Name] is required, but [Password] is not required.
f If the test E-mail is not sent, make sure that each item is set correctly.
