9 Recycling and disposal
The bicycle is made of valuable materials. You must
dispose of and recycle them separately from domestic
waste in compliance with the applicable statutory
regulations.
Sorted waste collection and recycling saves on raw
material reserves and ensures that all the regulations
for health and environmental protection are met when
the product and/or the battery are recycled.
Never dismantle the bicycle for disposal purposes.
You are welcome to return the bicycle to any
specialist dealer free of charge. Depending on the
region, further disposal options may be available.
Store the individual parts of the decommissioned
bicycle in a dry place, free from frost, where they
are protected from direct sunlight.
