Before the first ride
6.1.3 Adjusting the seat height with quick release
 Open the quick release on the seat post to change
the seat height. To do so, pull the clamping lever
away from the seat post.

 Set the seat post at the required height.

Crash caused by an excessively high seat post
setting
A seat post with is set too high will cause the seat post
or the frame to break. This will result in a crash and
injuries.
 Do not pull the seat post out of the frame beyond
the minimum insertion depth marking.
