5.3 Assembly
5.3.1 Required tools
The following tools are required to assemble the
bicycle:
•Knife
• Hexagon socket spanner 2 (2.5 mm, 3 mm 4 mm,
5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm)
• Torque wrench with working range between 5 and
40 Nm
• Twelve-point square socket T-25
• Ring spanner (8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm
and 15 mm) and
• Cross, flat head and ordinary screwdriver.
5.3.2 Unpacking
The packaging material consists mainly of cardboard
and plastic film.
 The packaging has to be disposed of in accordance
with the regulations of the authorities.
 Assemble the bicycle in a clean and dry environment.
 The working environment temperature should be
between 15 °C and 25 °C.

Hand injuries caused by cardboard packaging
The shipping carton is closed with metal staples. There
is a risk of puncture wounds and cuts when unpacking
and crushing the packaging.
 Wear suitable hand protection.
 Remove the metal staples with pliers before the
shipping carton is opened.
