9.2.4. Piston and/or brine valve replacement
No. Operation
A Remove the gearing system, see “Power head disassembly/replacement”, page 82.
B Remove the top plate (1).

Using a 38 mm wrench or a tongue-and-groove pliers, unscrew (2) and remove the piston
(3).
D Remove the brine valve (4).
E Change the piston (3) and/or the brine valve (4).
F Lubricate the o-ring (5) with approved silicone grease.
G Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
