Exposure and shutter release
The Cambo Technical Camera solutions features a Copal shutter. Depending
on the use case and digital back used, a cable release needs to be attached to
the release socket of the mechanical shutter. The Copal 0 shutter supports
shutter speeds between 1/500 and 1 second. It also supports Bulb and Toggle
shutter functionality. Note that the mechanical shutter must be cocked
between every exposure unless you are using the Electronic Shutter (ES) on
the IQ Digital Back (where applicable).
There are three ways to operate the Cambo and IQ Digital Back solution with
regards to setting the exposure, releasing the shutter and capturing and

1. Electronic Shutter (ES)
2. Two-Shot shutter release procedure
3. Zero Latency shutter release
These operations are explained one by one on the following pages.
