Sending post by Standard Post
Send your letters and small parcels by Standard Post. Standard Post can be an economical way to
send your post.
1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Tap Account and select an account if you use accounting.
3. Tap Class.
4. Tap Start Over to show a list of all the available classes.
5. Tap New Zealand Post.
6. Tap Standard Post.
7. Tap Medium.
8. Tap Apply.
9. Place the envelope on the scale. The weight appears.
10. Insert the envelope into the device. The device prints the postage.
Key in Postage
You can use your device to manually enter an amount of postage by selecting the Key in Postage
option.
1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Tap Account, then select an account.
3. Tap Class.
4. Tap Start Over to display a list of all the available classes.
5. Scroll down and tap Other Payments.
6. Tap Key in Postage.
7. Tap the 0.01 - 500.00 or 500.01 - 999.99 desired tick box.
8. Enter the value of the mailpiece.
9. Tap Apply twice.
10. Insert the envelope into the device. The device prints the postage.
