3. Place the arm shaft (1) into the opening of the delivery arm so that the
attachment pins go into the arm shaft forks. Rotate the arm until you can
see the attachment screws through the small openings on the vertical
post of the delivery arm (2, 3). Tighten the screws using a 3 mm Allen
key.
The arm shaft divides the inside of the vertical post into two. Route the
monitor and operating light cables through the side that is farther away
from the horisontal delivery arm.
