Enable PTT Broadcasts to Play During Active Calls
The Accept While Busy setting determines what happens when you are in a call and receive a PTT
broadcast. The setting is disabled by default, and when disabled, your phone does not play broadcasts
while you are in a call but holds them in a pending state instead. When you enable the Accept While
Busy setting, a PTT broadcast interrupts active calls and you hear the audio of the call and the
broadcast.
Procedure
1 Go to Settings > Basic > Preferences > Paging/PTT Configuration.
2 Select PTT Push to Talk > Accept While Busy and select Enable.
