Answer an Incoming Call
When you receive an incoming call, the phone rings and the Incoming Call screen displays. On the
Incoming Call screen, you can choose to answer or reject the incoming call.
Note Your system administrator can enable the screen to flash bright orange when you have
an incoming call. The screen continues to flash until the Home or Calls screen displays
the incoming call. For more information about this feature, contact your system
administrator.
Procedure
•
Do one of the following:
◦
Pick up the handset.
◦
Press the Speakerphone key or select Answer.
◦
Press the Headset key .
After you answer the incoming call, the call becomes active.

Select the incoming call, and select Answer.
