Poly VVX Business IP Phone Settings
You can make some basic customizations on the phone, which includes changing the time and date
format, setting a language, and adjusting the screen brightness.
Password Required to Access Basic Settings
You may need a password to configure basic settings on your phone.
You can enable or customize your phone from the Basic settings menu. However, your system
administrator may require a password to access the settings menu. If your phone requires a password
to access the settings menu, contact your system administrator for assistance.

Choose a Theme for Your Phone
On the VVX 250, 350, and 450 business IP phones, you can choose a theme for your phone.
The theme controls the way the icons and screens display on your phone. You can choose between
the following themes:

Classic
•
BroadSoft (available when signed into your BroadSoft account)
Procedure
1 Go to Settings > Basic > Preferences.
2 Select Themes.
3 Select a theme and select Save.
A screen displays informing you that the phone needs to reboot.
4 Select Yes to reboot your phone and apply the changes.
