Please note: Data are stored in the "Big-Endian"
format! This means that the byte with the highest
value bits is initially stored at the memory location
with the lowest address:

The pump stroke rate is stored as Integer32 type at the offset
addresses +17 to +20. Bytes are stored in this sequence:
