• To make the transporng phase easier, it is necessary that the machine assumes the
transport conguraon, as showed in gure 20, and then the engine has to be switched

• Insert one hand in the pile hammer template (1) so the pile hammer will be pushed up
with the purpose of inserng a bearing pin (2) in the appropriate hole, as shown in the
g.21, in order to block the descent of the pile hammer;
• Next, the operator removes only two of the screw nuts, shown in the gure (3), that x
the pile hammer template to the structure of the hammer group without extracng the
pins
• The operator then inserts the dilator bolt with screw nut into the structure of the
hammer group, as shown in the gure (4). Then the operator will acvate the screw nut
placed on the same bolt, (5) with a key. Such acon opens the sides of the hammer group
structure and makes it easy to remove the pile hammer template;
