Be careful concerning the loss of uids under pressure and the excess vibraon of the pipes. This
means that the nitrogen in the hammerhead is not sucient. Proceed immediately with the
loading process as described in the appropriate manual of the hammer.
1.2- Programmed maintenance
Daily check, (please use the Start Up Check List supplied on Page 86 or your company document)
Daily check (Example)
Do the following checks every day or aer 8 (eight) operang hours:
• Check if there are any hydraulic oil leaks or dras present
• Check the automac return of the control levers and the carrying out of all the
funcons
• Check the level of the engine oil
• Check the hydraulic oil level in the tank
• Make sure that the motor reducers work well
• Check the ghtening of the crawler tracks
• Apply grease to all the present grease cups on the pile driver with the special hand
pump.
• Check to ensure the tracks are clean of stone or rocks.
• Check the placement arm for wear.
• Check the electric magnecs are clean and undamaged.
• Consult the manual of the engine and the hammer for the appropriate maintenance.
Weekly check (Example)
Do the following checks every week or aer 40 - 50 operang hours:
• Check if there are any hydraulic oil leaks or dras present. If yes, check and ghten.
• Check the automac return of all control levers and ensure all are funconal.
• Check the level of the engine oil by using the dipsck.
• Check the hydraulic oil level in the tank by using the sight glass, should be ½ ll or
greater.
• Check the ghtening of the crawler tracks if required, Do Not Over Tighten
• Apply grease to all the present grease cups on the Pile Driver with the handheld grease
pump.
• Clean the li chain, and apply oil as required.
• Check the anchorage pins at each end of the li chain for wear and replace them if
damaged.
Replace every 12-month period.
